Producer, Co-Founder
Zoe Novello
Zoe (she/her) is one half of Speakerphone Productions! She most recently worked at Madison Square Garden Entertainment as the Production Coordinator of The Christmas Spectacular Starring The Radio City Rockettes.
Zoe started her career working in Operations and Administration at Battery Dance, Gibney, and Cornfield Dance. As the Studio Coordinator at Battery Dance, she managed their 2022 New York Season (Hofmann Dances) and assisted in the management of the annual Battery Dance Festival for several years. In 2023, she served as the Associate Company Manager for Williamstown Theatre Festival.

Sophie Visscher-Lubinizki
Sophie (she/they) makes up the other half of Speakerphone Productions! She currently works as the General Manager of Paranormal Activity (Melting Pot Productions). Previously they worked as the Production Coordinator at National Theatre Productions (Standing at the Sky's Edge, The Lehman Trilogy) and as the Production Assistant at Runaway Entertainment (Newsies, 2:22 a Ghost Story).
Sophie began her career in New York working as the Assistant Company Manager on Jersey Boys (New World Stages), before becoming a Company Manager at Second Stage Theater (To My Girls, Take Me Out). They also worked on the Ticketing and Operations Team of the 75th Tony Awards, and was a member of Dance NYC’s Junior Committee.
Sophie is one of the five producers currently supported by the Stage One 50 at 50 Award.
